Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Michelle Waterson head up the main card in Tampa with eyes on that strawweight title. Jiu-Jitsu superstar Kron Gracie is back and looks to choke Cub Swanson out of his job but he is determined to please his adoring fans and stop the four-fight skid.

The UFC heads to Denmark for the first time and they have put on a stacked card full of great fights. It is headlined by Jack Hermansson and Jared Cannonier with the Dane and Olympic wrestler - Mark Madsen making his debut against Danilo Belluardo. The card also features the stoic beast - Gunnar Nelson who takes on Gilbert Burns.

Talented Mexicans litter the card to put on a show for the Mexico City fans who will all be on the edge of their seats for another showstopping performance by the highlight reel - Yair Rodriguez but the knockout artist - ‘Lil Heathen’ plans to drop the curtain himself with a trademark bomb.

A main event for the people - connoisseurs of violence Donald Cerrone and Justin Gaethje top the Vancouver card which shouldn’t be anything less than fireworks. Glover Teixeira and Nikita Krylov play the supporting act while OG Todd Duffee makes his return to the cage.

Abu Dhabi hosts UFC 242 and an exciting Lightweight showdown on the main card. The Dagestani Demon Khabib Nurmagomedov defends his belt against the war-beaten warrior Dustin Poirier and the co-main is a rematch between Edson Barboza and Paul Felder so expect nothing more than a violent and technical striking battle.

One of the biggest cards of the year. We have the DC Miocic rematch, Nate Diaz returns for a quality match-up with Anthony Pettis supported by the bricked up bods of Yoel Romero and Paulo Costa. Violence guaranteed.

It is great to see Uruguay host the UFC for the first time and it is headlined by one of the best female fighters of all time in Valentina Shevchenko who avenges her first loss to Liz Carmouche. The card sees Uruguay’s own - Luiz Garagorri make his debut against Peru’s Humberto Bandenay.

The main card for UFC on ESPN 5 is pretty good but it’s all about the main event between Colby Covington vs Robbie Lawler. Everyone loves Lawler and everyone loves to hate Covington who is out to wrestle Lawler for five rounds but never count out a Ruthless Lawler knockout.

The UFC heads to Canada with Max Holloway defending his featherweight title against the legend Frankie Edgar which has to be his last attempt at becoming a two-division champion. The co-main features Cyborg which is always spectacle but it could be the last time we see her in the octagon.

I would say Leon Edwards is Britain’s best fighter right now and is one of the most underrated fighters in the UFC. He finally has his top 5 ranked opponent but Rafael dos Anjos is going to such a tough test with arguably, an even more well-rounded skill set.

The UFC heads back to Sacramento - the home of the legend Urijah Faber who steps back out of retirement to take on Ricky Simon. This plays the supporting act for Germaine de Randamie and Aspen Ladd who are eyeing a title shot against Amanda Nunes but do they really want a piece of the Lioness right now?!

BT Sport puts the first UFC event on PPV and it is one of the biggest cards of the year. The GOAT Jon Jones defends his title against the Sledgehammer Thiago Santos supported by another title fight featuring the female GOAT Amanda Nunes who takes on Holly Holm.

UFC on ESPN 3 is a mediocre card but it’s all about the headlining act that has replaced Woodley vs Lawler. The two hardest hitters in the UFC - Francis Ngannou and Junior dos Santos meet in a colossal clash that won’t last long.

The Zombie returns and is destined to put on another show, this time with Renato Moicano in a fantastic match up. The co-main features another talented Brazilian in the form of John Lineker who takes on Rob Font for a second time.

Henry Cejudo and Marlon Moraes battle it out for the vacant Bantamweight title and one of the most talented ladies in MMA - Valentina Shevchenko defends her crown for the first time which should be a beat down on paper but Jessica Eye has the ability to surprise. Supporting the main events we have Tony Ferguson vs Donald Cerrone which is one of the greatest match-ups possible in the UFC.

Stockholm plays the next host for the UFC with the beasts from the Allstars Training Center topping the card. Gustafsson, Latifi and Manuwa all have tough fights but no doubt they will all put on a show win or lose.

The UFC heads back to New York with a quality main event. Former Lightweights Rafael dos Anjos and Kevin Lee duke it out with Lee making his debut in the Welterweight division. The rest of the main card has some ‘under the radar’ fights but stylistically they should produce some great match-ups with potential finishes.
